This is a cover of "Inshoku shimasho". "淫食(In-shoku)" This is coined word. The meaning is "Have sexual intercourse while eating". I exaggerated her waist surroundings very much. The image below is for the introduction.

2016年11月27日に開催の「ぽちゃリズム」において発行した「淫食しましょ」の表紙。「淫食」は造語。飲食しながらの交尾。 腰周りを大分デフォルメした。もりもりがっついている感じを出したかった。 カラー画像はサークル紹介用に開催者へ提出した画像。時間が無かったのでコピー誌の表紙を加工した。
