現在は公式がアカウントを取り戻し復旧に取り組んでいる様ですね。
復旧するのを待つことにしましょう。
復旧したらまず最初にパスワードの変更を!。

Xアカウントを取り戻し、WEBページの制御も取り戻しつつあるようです。今回の事態に際し復帰後にパスワードリセットも行うことも求められるようです。

Fur Affinityが今朝よりクラッキングされて、詐欺サイトにリダイレクトされたりしているようです。
公式Xも乗っ取られていると英語版Wikipediaに記載があります。
